New construction of a nine-storey apartment building and two-level parking garage, located at 101 Base Line Rd. W London Ontario. The building structure consists of cast in place concrete and steel hambro joists, with envelope finishes including fibre cement panels, metal siding and painted concrete.

This 101 unit apartment building and 130 space parking garage occupy a combined 2,485 m2 of a 6,575 m2 total site area. The site will have one entrance off of Huxley St. and one exit onto Base Line Rd.
