The building features studio, one and two bedroom suites. The suites are open concept with two-tone cabinetry, ensuite washer/dryer, stainless steel appliances and climate controlled heat and air.

The structure is primarily a cold-formed rolled steel building using iSpan metal joists and decking pans, and prefabricated iSpan metal stud structural walls, which were all assembled at an indoor controlled facility in Ontario. The exterior is finished in a mix of stucco, stone and block.
